When will the Sale go live?
Our sale will be live on June 11th at 9:00am (QLD) to our email subscribers for 1 hour early access. The website will be password protected, so check your email at 9:00am for the password. The website will be unlocked at 10:00am for the public.
Can I use my gift card or store credit to purchase during the Sale?
Yes, you sure can. Simply add your gift card or credit code at checkout.
How long does the Sale last?
Be quick! Our EOFY sale ends at 12:00am QLD on Sunday, June 15th.
Can I return items purchased during the Sale?
Yes, you can return items for store credit & you can exchange items for another size pending stock availability. However, items purchased from the FINAL SALE tab are not eligible for return.
Can I use my sign-up code during the Sale?
Unfortunately, no! This is our biggest sale of the year with huge reductions sitewide. But, you can still use it on your next purchase once the sale ends.
Do I need a code to receive the EOFY Sale discount?
No code is needed. All prices will be as marked!
When will my order be shipped?
Our team will strive to get your order out as quickly as possible! As this is one of our biggest sales of the year, please be patient with us if you experience a delay. We hope to ship your order within 2-5 business days of order placement. You will receive tracking information via email once your package is shipped!
How do I receive my FREE gift when ordering?
If you spend over $250 during our sale you will be offered to add a FREE Suni & Sol Water Bottle to your order. Simply select your bottle at checkout - it’s that easy! Be Quick! Stock is limited. This offer is valid whilst stocks last and not available for exchange.
I forgot to use my code/gift card, can you please apply it for me?
Unfortunately, we are unable to apply a gift card or credit code to an existing order once it has been placed. But you can look forward to using it for your next purchase.
I have made multiple orders. Can you please combine the shipping?
Unfortunately, we are unable to fulfil this request on this occasion. Due to the high volume of orders, our team will be moving quickly to fulfil and dispatch your orders. We can not combine orders or refund shipping during our EOFY Sale.
Can I change items in my order?
Due to high volume of orders we are expecting we will be unable to make any changes to your orders once processed. Please be very careful when finalising your order and ensure you have selected the right style, colour and size. And don't fret, you can always arrange an exchange if it's not a final sale item.
Can I add to my order?
Unfortunately, given this is a peak sale period we are unable to add items to you order. To secure any additional items (at such a great price!) you will need to place another order. Please note as this will incur a separate shipping fee, we are unable to refund additional postage costs.

This offer is valid from 9:00 am (QLD) 11/06/25 and ends at 12:00am (QLD) 15/06/25. This offer is not valid on gift vouchers. This offer is not valid on previous or existing orders. No substitutions or rain checks.
This offer can not be claimed in conjunction with any other discount offer or promotion.
Free gift with purchase is only eligible for orders over $250. The customer must select their gift at checkout. Offer only available while stocks last.
Should you need to exchange the size of an item you have purchased during the sale we will honour the discounted price if stock is available. If your size has sold out, a store credit will be issued.
Please note, items purchased from the FINAL SALE tab are not eligible for return. If a store credit is issued to a customer returning items who also received the free gift with purchase, then the store credit will be unable to be used during another promotional period.
