Can I cancel my order?

If your order has yet to be picked and packed, we can cancel your order for you. We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases, however you will be issued with a credit code for the value of your order. This also includes Pre-orders. If you need to cancel your order, please email us at

Can I make a change to my order?

Please contact us immediately after placing your order and we will do our best to make any changes prior to dispatch. Please note that we can’t guarantee your required changes will be applied.

I have just placed an order and forgot to enter my store credit code. Can you refund my credit amount?

Unfortunately, once your order has been processed, we cannot apply your store credit or refund your credit amount. Please enter your full code in the Gift Card or Discount Code box. Please ensure that you have applied your credit code prior to finalising your purchase. 

I need to return my order, can I get a refund?

Kindly note that we only offer exchanges or store credit on returned items. You can view our full Returns Policy here

My parcel still hasn’t arrived, can you track it for me?

Please continue to track your parcel via the tracking number provided. If you still have not received your parcel within 5-7 working days, please advise our Customer Service team and we will open an investigation with Australia Post on your behalf.

Do you have a store front where I can try your clothing?

You are welcome to book a private consult in our beautiful Bulreigh Heads showrrom. You can book by appointment Monday to Thursday (9am - 4pm). Also, our showroom is open for walkin's (no appt needed) every Friday 9 to 3 pm.
