Access & Timing
When does the sale go live?
Our sale starts on Tuesday 16th June at 8:00am AEST for VIP email subscribers. The site will be password protected, be sure to check your inbox at 8:00am AEST for the exclusive password. Standard access opens at 9:00am AEST for everyone else.
How long does the sale last?
Be quick! The EOFY Sale ends at midnight AEST on Sunday 21st June.  Don't miss out, we can't guarantee the stock will last!
Do I need a discount code?
No code needed. All prices will be as marked. Simply add to cart and checkout as normal. 
Orders & Shipping
When will my order be shipped?
Our team will work as fast as possible to get your order out. As one of our biggest sales of the year, please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order is on its way. Your order will ship with the method selected at checkout. Please note shipping method ETAs are from time of dispatch.
Is express shipping available during the sale?
Yes, express shipping is available during the EOFY Sale. Better yet, we offer free express shipping australia wide on all orders over $200. Please note that express refers to the shipping timeframe once your order has left our warehouse, it does not include dispatch time. During peak sale periods, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be dispatched before express delivery begins.
Can you combine shipping on multiple orders?
Unfortunately we're unable to combine orders or refund shipping during the EOFY Sale. Due to the high volume of orders our team will be moving quickly to get everything dispatched and can't make adjustments once orders are placed.
Can I change or add to my order after it's placed?
Due to the high volume of orders we're unable to make changes once an order is processed. Please double-check your style, colour and size before completing checkout. If you'd like additional items you'll need to place a separate order, additional shipping costs can't be refunded. Non-final-sale items can be returned for store credit!
Returns
Can I return items purchased during the sale?
Items purchased from the Final Sale is strictly not eligible for any return. We recommend choosing sizing wisely and referring to our size charts. Other sale items are eligible for return under our standard return policy.
Will you honour the sale price if I need to order a new size?
We recommend purchasing your new size during the sale to receive the discounted price. Then you can return the incorrect size for store credit as long as it is not marked final sale. We are unable to place any orders on hold during the sale period. 
Discounts & Gifts
Can I use my gift card or store credit?
Absolutely! You can use your gift card or store credit during the sale. Simply enter your code at checkout as normal.
Can I use my sign-up discount code during the sale?
Unfortunately not, with reductions of up to 70% off site wide, sign-up codes can't be used during the EOFY Sale. The good news? Your code will still be waiting for you after the sale ends!
I forgot to apply my gift card or store credit, can you add it to my order?
Unfortunately we're unable to apply gift cards or codes to orders that have already been placed. You're welcome to use it on your next purchase!
How do I receive my free gift?
Spend over $250 during the sale and you'll automatically receive an exclusive free gift with your order, only available during the EOFY Sale. Be quick, stock is limited and the offer is only available while stocks last.

All prices as marked on the website. Store credit may be used during the sale period. This offer is valid from 8:00am AEST 16/06/26 for email subscribers and 9:00am AEST 16/06/26 for the public.

This offer is not valid on gift vouchers, previous or existing orders. No substitutions or rain checks. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion.

Free express shipping applies to orders over $200. Express shipping refers to the delivery timeframe only and does not include dispatch time. Please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch during the sale period.

The Self Styler reserves the right to amend orders should pricing be incorrect or should there be stock discrepancies in which case you will be contacted.

Free gift with purchase is only eligible on orders over $250. Available while stocks last and is not eligible for exchange.

Items purchased from the Final Sale tab are not eligible for return. Other sale items are eligible for return under our standard return policy which is for store credit only. Refunds are not available. New size purchases need to be processed during the sale to be eligible for the discounted price.
