    Our sizing can vary slightly from style to style, as each piece fits differently depending on the fabric, cut, and overall design. That's why we've carefully created a personalised size chart for every style, which you can find on each product page.

    Please note these measurements are of the product laid flat, from side seam to side seam.

    We want you to feel amazing in your The Self Styler pieces. If something isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to return your order within 30 days of delivery for a store credit. 

    To be eligible, your item must:

    • Not be purchased on final sale
    • Be unworn and unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with tags still attached
    • Be free from perfume, body odour, deodorant, or laundry detergent smells
    • Be free from makeup, fake tan, glitter, and pet hair
    • Not be earrings or drink ware

    Any returns that fail to meet the above requirements, will be shipped back to the customer at their expense and a credit will not be eligible.  


    Return Portal

     SUBMIT YOUR RETURN HERE

    1. Enter your Order Number and the email address or phone number used on your order.

    2. Select the item(s) you’d like to return, choose your reason, and select Store Credit as your return option and submit return. 

    3. Once approved, you’ll receive an email with our return address and shipping instructions.

    Please include a note inside your parcel with your name and order number, and keep your tracking number for reference.

    Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll send your store credit via email within approximately 3 business days. Please check your junk or spam folder, just in case.


    Return Shipping

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

    We recommend sending your return with tracking, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

    Shipping costs are not credited or refunded.


    Store Credit

    Store credits are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

    Credits are issued for the value paid for the item(s).

    Your credit will be emailed to you within approximately 3 business days of your return being received.


    Exchanges

    If you’d prefer another size or style, simply follow the return process above.

    Because our styles move quickly, we’re unable to hold items for exchange. Once your store credit is issued, you can use it to purchase your preferred size or style. Please note: shipping costs apply to the new order.


    Refunds

    Refunds are not available for change of mind. Returns are for store credit only. 


    Faulty Items

    In the unlikely event you receive a faulty garment, we’ll absolutely make it right.

    In line with ACCC guidelines, we will replace the item, where possible.

    If a replacement isn’t available, we will issue a refund or store credit based on your requested outcome.

    Return shipping for faulty items will be covered by The Self Styler after an assessment is complete via photo. 

     

    Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from our warehouse located in Burleigh, QLD. 

    Our team works hard to dispatch your order ASAP. If you place your order before 12pm, we’ll do our best to have it sent out the same day.

    During sale periods or busy times, there may be a small dispatch delay, but we’ll always aim to get your order on it's way as quickly as possible.

    Domestic Shipping 📦

    We’ve got you covered with shipping all across Australia via Australia Post!

    At checkout, you can choose from:

    $9.95 Parcel Post – approx. 3–5 business days
    $13.95 Express Post – approx. 1–3 business days

    Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number in your confirmation email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. While we always do our best to dispatch orders promptly, delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

    Please note your order total must exceed $200 after any promotional codes or store credits are applied. This offer does not apply to Credit Code totals.

    Please double-check that all shipping details are correct at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If an incorrect address is supplied, we’re unable to offer reimbursement for lost parcels. If your order is returned to sender, a re-delivery fee will apply.

    Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number provided, Australia Post owns responsibility for the parcel. If you experience any issues with delivery, please contact us here and we’ll assist by lodging an enquiry with Australia Post.

    Simply choose the pick-up option at checkout. Our team will prepare your order and notify you once it’s ready for collection from our warehouse.

    Flat rate shipping of $15 AUD (approx. 4–7 business days).

    While we don’t currently offer shipping to other international locations, we’d love to know where you’re shopping from, feel free to reach out and let us know!


    International Customs & Fees

    For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

    We recommend checking with your local customs office prior to placing your order to avoid any unexpected charges.
