Bust
Across the fullest part of the chest, right under the arms, side seam to side seam (flat measurement)
Waist
Across the narrowest point of the garment, side seam to side seam
Length
Straight down to the hem. For adjustable spaghetti strap styles, length is measured from where the fabric of the top begins
