We want you to feel amazing in your The Self Styler pieces. If something isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to return your order within 30 days of delivery for a store credit. 

To qualify, your item must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached

Free of perfume, body odour, deodorant, or washing powder

Free of make-up, tan marks, glitter, and pet hair

Not purchased on final sale

Not earrings or drinkware

Any returns that fail to meet the above requirements, will be shipped back to the customer at their expense and a credit will not be eligible.  


Return Portal

 SUBMIT YOUR RETURN HERE

  1. Enter your Order Number and the email address or phone number used on your order.

  2. Select the item(s) you’d like to return, choose your reason, and select Store Credit as your return option and submit return. 

  3. Once approved, you’ll receive an email with our return address and shipping instructions.

Please include a note inside your parcel with your name and order number, and keep your tracking number for reference.

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll send your store credit via email within approximately 3 business days. Please check your junk or spam folder, just in case.


Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend sending your return with tracking, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

Shipping costs are not credited or refunded.


Store Credit

Store credits are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

Credits are issued for the value paid for the item(s).

Your credit will be emailed to you within approximately 3 business days of your return being received.


Exchanges

If you’d prefer another size or style, simply follow the return process above.

Because our styles move quickly, we’re unable to hold items for exchange. Once your store credit is issued, you can use it to purchase your preferred size or style. Please note: shipping costs apply to the new order.


Refunds

Refunds are not available for change of mind. Returns are for store credit only. 


Faulty Items

In the unlikely event you receive a faulty garment, we’ll absolutely make it right.

In line with ACCC guidelines, we will replace the item, where possible.

If a replacement isn’t available, we will issue a refund or store credit based on your requested outcome.

Return shipping for faulty items will be covered by The Self Styler after an assessment is complete via photo.
